Donation of personal protective equipment to the College of Health Sciences.
The University of Nairobi (UoN) was among 11 universities that received a donation of Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) courtesy of Equity Group Foundation and the Kenya COVID-19 Fund Board.
The PPEs were handed over to UoN and other 10 universities in an event hosted at the College of Health Sciences (CHS) on 10th November, 2020 in efforts to protect medics from the COVID-19 virus.
USAID comes to the aid of final year medical students
The locally manufactured PPEs were also distributed to public hospitals across all 47 counties in Kenya.
