Joint community service in Limuru
Staff and students from the Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nursing Sciences and their counterparts from South Alabama University doing community service in Limuru Kenya.
During the two-day event, the students shared health messages and conducted free medical checks on families that they visited door to door.
Afterwards, they donated foodstuffs to the residents of KK Tea village in Tigoni.
Free hearing screening
Staff and registrars from the Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Surgery Ear, Nose and Throat Unit annually conduct free hearing screening to Mark World Hearing Day. The event is usually held on 3rd March.
