This one day hybrid in person and virtual symposium aims to bring together healthcare professionals to deliberate on fostering meaningful engagement for transformative care, amplifying patientโs voices in healthcare, establishing an ideal environment for patient centered care and shared decision-making in delivering individualised and continuous patient care.
