The University of Nairobi, Faculty of Health Sciences, has received a significant boost to its teaching and learning infrastructure following the generous donation and installation of six high-resolution television screens in New Teaching Lab III.
The donation was made by the Chief Medical Officer, Geudae Goun Dermatology Clinic, Dr. Lee Won Ku. The newly installed high-resolution display screens are expected to significantly enhance the delivery of teaching, practical demonstrations, and examinations within the Faculty. By enabling clearer visualization of clinical images, histological slides, and instructional materials, the screens will support improved understanding of complex medical concepts and strengthen competency-based training.
This contribution is particularly impactful in the context of health sciences education, where precision in visual interpretation is critical for both learning and clinical practice. The enhanced infrastructure will benefit undergraduate and postgraduate students across various disciplines within the Faculty.
The Faculty of Health Sciences expresses its sincere appreciation to Dr. Lee Won Ku for the generosity and commitment to advancing medical education.
The University of Nairobi continues to strengthen partnerships with local and international stakeholders to support innovation in teaching, research, and training. This collaboration highlights the importance of global partnerships in improving educational environments and preparing future healthcare professionals.
