FHS maintains top class performance at staff award ceremony

The Faculty of Health Sciences produced a stellar performance at the University of Nairobi annual Staff Performance and Recognition Award Ceremony held on Monday, 5th December 2022.

The Department of Medical microbiology and immunology emerged the best department overall in the performance contract for Financial Year 2021/2022 for the second year in a row.

Prof. Walter Jaoko and Dr. Loice Ombajo scooped the best researchers’ award. Last year, Dr. Ombajo received the Vice-Chancellor’s special recognition award.
