Prof. Daniel Ojuka is the new Dean of the University of Nairobi Faculty of Health Sciences following an election that was held on Wednesday 27th August, 2025.
Prof. Ojuka, who has been serving as the Chair of the Department of Surgery, takes over the leadership of the Faculty after winning the election against Prof. George Osanjo.
With a distinguished career in surgery and medical education, Prof. Ojuka brings a wealth of experience and a strong vision for advancing the Faculty’s academic, research, and service mandate.
The Faculty community congratulates Prof. Ojuka on his election and looks forward to his leadership in steering the Faculty of Health Sciences to new milestones.
