Dr. Fredrick Ouma Oluga is a former Chief Officer of Health in Nairobi Metropolitan Services (NMS).
He served as the Kenya Medical Practitioners Pharmacists and Dentists Union (KMPDU) Secretary General.
He is an alumnus of the University of Nairobi School of Medicine where he graduated with Masters in Medicine (Internal Medicine) during the University's 62 graduation ceremony held on 20th December, 2019.
