The University of Nairobi Faculty of Health Sciences admitted the 2024/2025 first year cohort.

The 3-day activity that begun on 19th August, 2024, saw over 500 students come in to begin their medical odyssey.

The Dean of the Faculty, Prof. George Osanjo welcomed the freshmen by congratulating them for their efforts made academically to earn a spot at the faculty.

The Faculty of Health Sciences (FHS) team commonly known as Team Afya was feted for emerging top during the University of Nairobi Annual Sports Day 2023.

FHS Dean Prof. George Osanjo presided over the event and awarded certificates to the team, that comprises of both students and staff.

In his remarks, Prof. Osanjo appreciated the team members for taking their time to participate in the Sports Day and win trophies, saying they did well.
