The Faculty of Health Sciences (FHS) celebrated members of staff who distinguished themselves during the University of Nairobi Staff Recognition Awards held on 26th February, 2026.

FHS stood out by securing several prestigious awards and was recognized as the best faculty at the University of Nairobi, reflecting the dedication, innovation, and hard work of its academic and professional staff.

Pomp and colour marked this year’s University of Nairobi (UON) International Students’ Day, where students from different nationalities showcased their diverse cultures.

The event held under the theme; Stronger together through cultural diversity, was held on 27^th  February 2026 at Taifa Hall.

The University of Nairobi (UoN) in association with Keyatta National Hospital (KNH) held a weeklong health webinar from 23^rd - 26th February, 2026, where various medical issues were discussed from cancer to lymphoedema.
