The 15th Association of Medical Students University of Nairobi (AMSUN) hosted a dynamic two-day Scientific and Innovation Conference on 1st and 2nd May, 2025. The conference centered around the theme: 'Bridging Borders, Advancing Health through Research and Innovations in the Medical Field for a Sustainable Future.'

The conference commenced with an opening address by Prof. George Osanjo, Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, who emphasized the critical role of regional collaboration and innovation in the medical field.

Emmanuel Keboi Oribo is the newly elected Chairperson of the University of Nairobi Students Association (UNSA) Faculty of Health Sciences.

Team Oribo was unopposed in UNSA elections held on 24^th April, 2025.

The President’s Award – Kenya branch  of the First Aid Club University of Nairobi, successfully organized a Basic Surgical Skills Training on April 11th 2025, for 20 students held at the Nairobi Surgical Skills Centre, Chiromo.
