As a health system expert, Prof. Wamai had a loaded presentation on a life of work and
passion in collaborative global health. He highlighted dimensions of global health including security and finance as an approach to this very important branch of health care.

Scholars conducted a control case study on determinants of human immunodefiency virus (HIV) transmission among children born to HIV- infected mothers on Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission (PMTCT) program. The study included cases specifically from Kilifi County.
